Heat Seal Transfers

Heat-seal logos are a cost effective way of applying your corporate identity to a number of garments and are very effective and recommended for use on hi-vis clothing, and waterproof clothing.

This method is not guaranteed to be permanent when applied to Polos, Sweats or corporate clothing.

They are consistent in size, colours and quality and can be applied quickly on one of our 3 heat-seal machines pictured below.

The ordering process is exactly the same as our direct embroidery, and samples are usually supplied for approval before we commence production.

Various fonts, colours or designs can be achieved depending on your precise requirements. Basic letters or names will not incur a set up charge, although complex logos or designs will be charged at £30.00 for the initial set up.

Logo transfers

Wether you choose,Heat seal transfer logos or Direct Embroidery, our ordering process is very simple. Please follow these our guidelines below to ensure your business receives the correct finish.

Step 1.

Provide your logo artwork. Contact us for details.

Any pantone colours which are required must be confirmed at the time of your enquiry.

Step 2.

Choose the positioning of your logo. Usually these are applied to either left/right breast,sleeves or reverse of garments. You will need to be specific to ensure we position the logos correctly.

Step 3.

Artwork and approval. Once the artwork has been set up,we will supply you with a sample of the logo to seek your approval before production is commenced. New logos may require to be set up via our digitising offices,and these would normally incur an additional charge,in the form of a one off payment of £30.00 The process would apply to both heat seal or direct embroidery.

Pantone colours can be replicated on Heat Seal Logos, however with direct embroidery, we can only match the thread colours to the nearest colour shade.
